Hey, I myself used to live in france and was in a village where blacksmithing was popular. I lived by a blacksmith and he forged his own armour for renaissance medival knight matches. Before I left for america, he gave me a helmet, some armoured gloves, arm chainmail, a crusader cape, and a crusader tunic. We are currently prepairing for a renaissance fair in Language Arts class and I’m in The Sports and Games Guild, which had duels so i set up all my armour on a stand. I also partake in the art of Fencing and will be doing a demonstration at the fair, I’d love to send pictures when we have the fair.
